We are completely out of spinach, salad mix, radish and spicy mix until June 1.
This is a transition time for us. We have new plants going into the hoop house, and already transplanted ones outdoors trying to get bigger.  Because of this, and because the weather has been cold,  we will be short several items.

For the week of May 11 through 17:
We will be at the East Side and DCFM Markets, but not Fitchburg this week.

At the East Side we expect to have:
Rainbow Chard 3/4 lb bu. (Small quanitities)
Tuscan Kale 1/2 lb bu. (Small quantities)
Asian Turnips  (small quant.)
Weird shape carrots 12/bunch (large quant.)
Asparagus and morels if we can locate more
Herbs: oregano, lovage, sorrel, garlic chives,   onion chives, tarragon

Saturday at the DCFM we will have all of the above, but in addition about 40 heads of lettuce. We expect to have small quantities of beets and perhaps some salad mix.

Real Food, Sustainably Grown with Organic Inputs
Blue Skies Farm was Certified Organic from 1995 until 2006.  In 2007, after reading Michael Pollan's book The Omnivore's Dilemma, we chose to stop supporting the USDA and its Organic Certification Program. We continue to use traditional Organic Growing methods as described in the National Standards and by J.I. Rodale, the original founder and publisher of Organic Gardening magazine.
