All apartments have energy efficient insulated glass windows that open easily and seal tightly.
Periodically we also have "The Cottage" available for rent. This separate standing unit is directly behind the main Maki Apartments building and is very efficient and quiet. It has a galley kitchen, large living room, modern bath and two bedrooms with a large foyer. The person renting this unit is in charge of mowing the grass in summer and caring for the Maki Apartment's communal garden.
Off street parking is to the left in this photo. Tenants are encouraged to have only one auto since winter parking is tight. But space is available for up to two autos per unit.
